We are delighted to share the news that Anglia Forwarding has achieved ISO 9001:2015 accreditation following the audit of its quality management system and processes.
ISO 9001:2015 is the current standard that specifies the requirements that a quality management system must include and governs the quality processes within an organisation. This standard is based on several quality management principles, which include: a strong customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, the process approach, continual improvement, decision making and relationship management.
