China to UK

Anglia Forwarding braved the cold London weather to witness the first UK arrival of a train from China.

Three Anglia containers arrived from Yiwu after a 16 day journey across 12,000 kilometres of track through mountains and deserts to arrive Barking Essex today.

Although this train was a test trial, with most trains terminating in Duisburg, Anglia are ready and prepared for when the UK becomes a regular destination for China rail.

Should you require further details or information on rail freight, please contact your local Anglia office.
